The total amount to be paid will be the total product price (including 10% consumption tax).
Shipping is free for all areas except Okinawa. *For the Okinawa area only, an additional shipping fee of 1,200 yen will be charged.

◆ Delivery time

Will ship within 4 days after payment is confirmed.

If you are in a hurry, please place your order without selecting a date and time.
If no date and time is selected, your order will usually be shipped within 4 days.

◆About returns and exchanges

When you receive the product, please check the product first. BAUWAW accepts returns and refunds within 90 days.

All of the following cases are eligible for return and refund:

For returns or exchanges, please contact us at the email address below within 91 days of receiving the product, clearly indicating your name, order number, product name, and reason for return or exchange. BUWAW will also cover the shipping costs for returns.

Refund Method

Refunds will be handled in one of the following ways:
