Returns, refunds and cancellations
▶Returns and refunds for subscription services with first-time discounts
Regular deliveries and subscription services with initial discounts cannot be returned or refunded except for certain reasons. Also , some products may have restrictions on the number of times you can cancel, so please check each product page for details.
However, we will accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
a) If there is a mistake in the product you received
b) If the product is damaged upon arrival
c) You wish to return an unopened item for any reason.
*If you wish to return an unopened product for your own reasons, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs.
▶Returns and refunds for other products
We accept returns and refunds for standard products within 90 days, except for regular deliveries and subscription services that offer first-time discounts.
All of the following cases are eligible for return and refund.
a) If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
b) If the product is damaged upon arrival
c) If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you received
d) Orders made due to customer misunderstanding
e) If the product is marked as "Trial OK" and the food does not suit your partner's taste,
For small-sized products that say "Try it!" on the product page, you can still try it even after you've opened the package and eaten it.
In addition, BAUWAW will cover the shipping costs for returns, so please send the item by cash on delivery.
*Please note that we cannot accept requests for refunds or returns if 91 days or more have passed since delivery.

*Notes regarding returns and refunds
- Returns and refunds are accepted within 90 days of purchase.
- Sale items (including subscriptions with first-time discounts) and subscription services are excluded, except for certain reasons.
- Only some products can be returned or refunded even after opening the package. This applies to sizes that have the "Try it!" label on each product page.
- We cannot offer repeated returns or refunds for the same product.
- If you return the item without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to accept it.
- Please return the product to the address specified by the BAUWAW Support Center. After confirming that the product has arrived, we will process the refund.
